Always have a great experience going to my ENT appointments. Diane is really kind and willing to go all out to help resolve an issue as well as Crystal! Crystal is exceptional in calling and letting me know everything that is going on when results come in and is always so compassionate and helpful. Dr. Robinson is very thorough and tries to help any way he can. Sabrina, the nurse that comes in to get your info before the doctor comes in, is very sweet and caring as well and so helpful if I have any questions. I love this office!

My son recently had 2 appointments with Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists in Canton. He was seen by Crystal Rice, the nurse practitioner, during his first visit. She was exceptional! She had a calming, kind and professional manner. My son was there for sinus issues and she had to use a scope. He was nervous but she made him feel at ease and did a great job. My son followed up with Dr. Johnson and we had another excellent experience. The doctor was kind, professional and put my son at ease. He listened and he clearly explained the diagnosis and the treatment. My son and I both felt comfortable and heard! Excellent care! I’ll update again after surgery…

Saw Crystal the nurse practitioner for an ear that itched relentlessly and some seasonal allergies. She took her time with her diagnosis and made sure I didn’t have any other issues before check out. Also, very reasonable self pay rates compared to some specialists I’ve been to. The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout my visit.

we LOVE this office! absolutely everyone has been kind, and friendly. crystal rice is amazing, she has went above and beyond to provide and keep in the loop with my baby. she even called to check up after our visits which this mama really appreciated. I highly recommend them!
