Your responsibilities as a patient depend on the contract between you and your insurance company and whether or not Piedmont Ear, Nose & Throat Associates (ENT-Specialists) has a contract with your insurance company. ENT-Specialists has contracts with many but not all insurance companies. Please check your provider manual to make sure our physicians are included. Fees and Payments

To help keep costs down, we ask that you pay for our services or any deductibles or co-payments at the time service is rendered. If this is a hardship, we are happy to work out a payment schedule that suits your needs. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash.

Please check insurance information for a list of insurance companies with which we participate. If your insurance company is not on this list, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance company representative or dial the 800 number on the back of your insurance card.
